Mr. Page’s practice focuses on commercial real estate and finance transactions, with more recent emphasis on financings, acquisitions and dispositions, national real estate needs of manufacturing concerns, construction, commercial leasing (including build to suit and credit tenant leases), historic building preservation, workouts and restructurings, and project syndications.
