About Brian Neary

Mr. Neary graduated Magna Cum Laude from Villanova University in 1983 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in the Honors Program. After graduating from St. John’s University School of Law in 1986 with a class rank of 2/368, Brian P. Neary joined a prestigious Park Avenue law firm in Manhattan where he worked in their civil litigation department for a year representing corporate clients. Having received high quality training as a litigator, Mr. Neary decided that his calling was to represent individuals who needed a highly skilled attorney to battle against insurance companies. Mr. Neary joined a law firm in Huntington, New York where he continued to refine his skills as a trial attorney. Shortly thereafter Mr. Neary was drawn to medical malpractice law where client’s dealing with devastating injuries require a committed trial attorney to take on goliath insurance companies.
