About Brian Kisling

Brian  Kisling’s legal practice focuses on real estate transactions, real  estate development and land use.  He counsels clients in acquisitions,  dispositions, financing, commercial leases, ground leases, option  agreements, licenses, easements, CC&R’s, subdivisions, development  agreements, landlord-tenant matters, land use, entitlement processing,  zoning, rezoning, and variances.  He represents both tenants and  landlords in commercial leasing, and both buyers and sellers in real  estate transactions.

Brian  has over twenty-five years of experience in the real estate and  development industry.  In addition to practicing law, Brian has  extensive hands-on experience managing many aspects of development  including site identification, negotiations, acquisition, budgeting,  entitlements, permits, construction and leasing.
