About Brian Hall
Brian represents clients in a variety of fields in both state and federal court with a focus on litigation involving contractual disputes, false claims actions, trade secret misappropriation, and financial services. Brian represents clients throughout all stages of litigation and has experience conducting discovery, researching and drafting a wide variety of motions, including dispositive motions. Brian also has significant deposition experience and has appeared in and argued motions before several courts. Brian has also assisted clients in responding to FTC data breach investigations.
Before joining Greenberg Traurig, Brian served as a law clerk for the Honorable Barbara Scheper and the Honorable Michael Linfield of the Los Angeles Superior Court.
