About Brent Rose

Mr. Rose attended San Diego State University and received his Juris Doctorate from Western State University School of Law. Prior to turning his attention to litigation in the workers’ compensation arena, Mr. Rose worked with Fortune 500 companies handling transactional, labor and employment matters. Mr. Rose represents employers, insurers and third-party administrators before the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Boards throughout California, and oversees the trial strategy practice which has been very successful on high exposure and complex cases. Mr. Rose has provided training and seminars to employers and insurance providers/administrators on topics pertinent to managing claims and risk in California. Mr. Rose is a member of the American Bar Association and Orange County Bar Association
