About Beth Schroeder

After graduating with honors from William Mitchell College of Law, Beth worked as an associate attorney at a Minneapolis-based firm focusing on mergers and acquisitions, business succession planning, asset protection, and commercial and residential real estate transactions. In 2018 Beth joined Siegel Brill as an associate attorney. She represents clients in all aspects of commercial real estate and business matters, including development, leasing, financing, due diligence, zoning, title issues, corporate governance, contracts, SEC reporting, compliance, licensing and entity structuring.

Beth also works with clients on trademark and copyright clearance, registration, protection, and enforcement, and helps clients manage their domestic and international trademark portfolios.

Beth works primarily in the areas of Closely Held Businesses and Commercial Real Estate.
