About Barnhill Charles
Charles Barnhill — one of the firm’s founding partners and presently of-counsel to the firm — is an elected Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers. In his long career as a trial lawyer, Chuck has litigated virtually every kind of civil case — from arbitrations to complex class actions — in a wide variety of subject areas (including employment, securities, lender liability and usury, and antitrust) on behalf of individual, business and state government clients around the country. He has lectured and taught extensively in the area of litigation.
