About Arthur Small
Arthur Small is the founder and principal of The Law Office of Arthur A. Small II. For more than 20 years, he has successfully litigated jury, court, and appellate matters on behalf of his clients with a focus on business and commercial law, creditor’s rights, prejudgment remedies, real property matters and commercial collections.
While a principal partner at the firm of Parish & Small, Arthur concentrated on business and civil litigation and appellate matters on behalf of his clients involving banking law, bankruptcy, business law, commercial law, commercial collections, construction, creditor’s rights, embezzlement and fraud, personal injury, prejudgment remedies and a variety of real property and real estate disputes.
Upon becoming a member of the State Bar of California in 1989, Arthur served as an associate attorney with the law firm of Sullivan, Workman & Dee, located in downtown Los Angeles, California. Arthur’s practice areas included complex business litigation, commercial foreclosure and related bankruptcy relief, eminent domain and land use matters on behalf of his clients.
