About Arthur Coviello
Arthur Coviello focuses his practice on intellectual property litigation and strategic intellectual property counseling. He has litigated cases involving a wide variety of technologies, including microprocessors, computer and network security, smartphones, smartphone apps, smartphone cover glass, consumer electronics, cable television, content delivery networks, financial services, WiFi chips, cloud computing, therapeutic antibodies, and medical devices. He has litigated on behalf of clients in district courts throughout the country, the US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, the Patent Trial and Appeal Board of the US Patent and Trademark Office, the Federal Trade Commission, and the US Supreme Court.
Mr. Coviello has experience litigating disputes over patents, trademarks, trade secrets, technology licenses and antitrust issues. He has been a core member of many successful trial and appellate teams at the firm. He has argued before district courts throughout the country, as well as in proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board of the US Patent and Trademark Office.
