About Arthur Bayern

Arthur H. Bayern is a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel, and a member of the International Academy of Estate and Trust Law. He is Board Certified in Estate Planning and Probate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. He received his B.A. from Colgate University and his J.D. from the University of Texas at Austin. He has served as President of the San Antonio Bar Association, the San Antonio Estate Planners Council, the San Antonio Estate Planning and Probate Law Association, and the San Antonio Area Foundation. Mr. Bayern has been a member of the Board of Directors of the State Bar of Texas and the Texas Bar Foundation and has lectured and written extensively on estate planning, probate, and tax law matters.
