About Ardwin Boyer

Mr. Ardwin Boyer received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics cum laude from UCLA in 1975. After running a warehouse and distribution center for two years, he then went to law school and earned his Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego in 1980. Ardie then returned to Chicago, his home town, where he has been licensed to practice law in Illinois since 1980 and in the United States District Court of the Northern District of Illinois, where he is a member of the Federal Trial Bar. He is also licensed to appear before the United States Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals. He has also practiced in federal and state courts in Indiana, Michigan, Wisconsin, North Carolina and California.

Mr. Boyer has been a member of the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association, the Illinois State Bar Association, the American Association of Justice and the Chicago Bar Association.

Mr. Boyer has negotiated settlements and won judgments for people who have suffered injuries as varied as brain damage, spinal injuries, serious fractures, loss of limbs, quadriplegia and death. He has represented people injured by car and truck accidents, construction negligence, medical malpractice, defective products, injuries from exposure to toxic chemicals and drugs, and civil rights violations. He has won substantial awards for small businesses and in recouping unpaid sales commission. He also represents workers injured from work accidents in Workers’ Compensation claims before the Illinois Industrial Commission.
