About Annika Brock

With over 22 years’ experience in real estate transactions and a background in real estate litigation, Annika enjoys guiding clients through the process of buying, selling and refinancing residential and commercial real estate transactions. She assists clients with contracts, purchases, sales, refinances, construction loans, easements, document preparation, 1031 transactions, foreclosures, conveyances and more.

Annika graduated from UNC Chapel Hill in 1992 with a double major in Political Science and Psychology and a minor in Religion. After earning her Juris Doctorate from Campbell Law School in 2000, Annika specialized in real estate law and litigation with a firm outside of Charlotte, North Carolina, until joining the law firm of McGuire, Wood & Bissette, PA in Asheville in 2007. Annika continued specializing in residential and commercial real estate law as a partner with McGuire, Wood & Bissette until starting the Brock Law Firm in 2015.

Annika proudly served as President of the Buncombe County Bar Association and as President of the NC Association of Women Attorneys, WNC Branch. She served a 3-year terms on the NC Bar Association Real Estate Council and has been a volunteer attorney for Pisgah Legal Services since 2007.

Annika is the proud mother of two kind, intelligent and creative boys, William and Nate, who keep her on her toes.
