About Ann Fabrikant

Ann Fabrikant, Esq. is the owner and managing partner of Fabrikant Law, LLC, a Family Law firm. She is a licensed NJ Divorce attorney available to help you with your legal matters related to divorce, alimony, custody, child support, prenuptial agreements, domestic violence issues, as well as other related issues.

She received her Juris Doctor from New York Law School and her Bachelor of Arts degree from Rutgers University, where she graduated with Honors.

Ms. Fabrikant is admitted to the New Jersey State Bar, U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey and New York State Bar. Additionally, she is a member of the Family Law and Young Lawyer Sections of the Middlesex County and New Jersey State Bar Associations.

Prior to opening her own firm, Ms. Fabrikant was an associate for well known Springfield and East Brunswick law firms. Ms. Fabrikant also served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable James F. Hyland, J.S.C., Middlesex County, Chancery Division—Family Part from 2007-2008 and as an intern to the Honorable Joseph L. Rea, J.S.C., also in Middlesex County, Chancery Division—Family Part in 2005.
