About Ann Dowless

Ann-Charlotte Dowless earned a degree in Political Science from Vanderbilt University.  She received her Juris Doctorate from Emory University.  While at Emory she was a member of the Jessup Intern Moot Court Team.  After receiving her degree  Ms. Dowless joined the Law offices of Eric N. Welch, PC in Marietta, GA concentrating in workers compensation and criminal litigation matters.  In 1998 Ms. Dowless moved to North Carolina and continued her practice in Real Estate, Bankruptcy, Workers Compensation, Personal Injury, and Civil Litigation.
