About Angelo MacDonald

Angelo G. MacDonald is of counsel to Pappalardo & Pappalardo, LLP. He is an accomplished trial attorney with decades of experience dealing with significant criminal matters for his clients.

Prior to entering private practice, Mr. MacDonald was an Assistant District Attorney in the Bronx County District Attorney’s Office, where he held the title of Senior Trial Assistant District Attorney. In that capacity he handled the prosecution of homicides and other high profile/media cases. In the 13 years he served as an assistant district attorney, Mr. MacDonald tried numerous jury trials of which approximately 40 were homicide cases. Since being in private practice he has tried a variety of cases, from homicides to simple misdemeanors. He has tried civil cases, post-conviction proceedings, US Martial law hearings, and administrative trials. He has appeared pro hoc vice in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and California. Mr. MacDonald is a regular contributing commentator and guest on truTV (formerly Court TV), MSNBC, and Fox News discussing and commenting on criminal matters.Anna Gerzon chose real estate law because it was always a happy occasion around the closing table, particularly for first-time homebuyers.

After practicing for many years, she decided to be an even more integral part of the purchase and sale process, and benefit clients with her exceptional knowledge and negotiating skills.
Originally from Ukraine, Anna Gerzon is a graduate from New York University with a B.A. Cum Laude degree in Political Sciences and holder of a Juris Doctorate Degree from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. She is fluent in English, Russian and conversational in Spanish.

Anna’s interest in Real Estate Law comes from her desire to help all of her clients feel comfortable and reassured during a process that can be overwhelming, especially if you are a first-time buyer.

If Anna isn’t reading, traveling, or attending the theatre, she is enjoying the company of her three daughters and Tosa Inu dog, Brutus. She is a compassionate mother to her children and a loyal confidant to longtime friends from college and law school.

In the past, Anna worked as in-house counsel for Extell Development in NYC and afterward as an in-house attorney for Pinewood Development Corp in New York for an impressive 8 years.

During her time with Pinewood, she closed projects such as Barn and Vine, Club at Melville and the Oak Hill Estates. After such monumental accomplishments, Gerzon wanted to start her own office.

Anna realizes there are steps to a big first time-time property purchase so she makes sure to be thorough and organized. Aside from the legal and financial measures of buying property, Anna is sensitive to the emotional aspect that comes with it. In her office, Anna’s focus is ensuring all of her clients feel like family.
