About Angeli Fitch

Angeli R. Fitch is a criminal defense attorney in private practice in the San Francisco Bay Area. She has been described by her colleagues as “The Velvet Hammer,” which is an improvement from her other nickname in law school – “The Vein.” An annoying large vein would protrude from her forehead and always during cross-examination of a difficult witness!

The secret to Angeli’s success is meticulous preparation and a thorough understanding of the facts. Quite often, Angeli knows more about the facts of the case than the prosecutor or judge and she uses that advantage to skillfully negotiate a favorable settlement for her client or challenge the prosecutor and take the case to trial. Either way, Angeli is prepared always!

Angeli dedicates a certain portion of her practice to helping those in need and who cannot afford her services. She started working “pro-bono” in her early twenties when she became a mentor to young women in the juvenile justice program at the Youth Guidance Center in San Francisco.
