Andy Clark’s practice focuses on advocating for clients in business litigation matters, including commercial, construction and employment matters. Andy has represented businesses in breach of contract disputes, non-compete and trade secret litigation, government agency investigations, wage-and-hour collective actions, and employment discrimination claims.

He regularly counsels clients on employment-related matters, including negotiating agreements, investigating internal complaints, drafting employment policies, and otherwise complying with federal and state employment laws.

Prior to joining the firm, Andy was an associate in the labor and employment practice group of an international law firm based in Houston.
