Andy is a graduate of the University of Virginia and University of San Diego School of Law. In addition to being a member of the California bar, Andy is a licensed real estate and insurance broker. A 2013 LEAD San Diego graduate, Andy is treasurer of the board of the ACLU of San Diego and Imperial Counties and sits on the boards of the Emilio Nares Foundation and the City of San Diego’s Qualcomm Stadium Advisory Board
