About Andrew Sullivan
Andrew Sullivan is an Oak Grove, Louisiana native who received his bachelor’s degree in
Accounting, summa cum laude, from Louisiana Tech University. Upon graduating, he moved to New
Orleans to attend Loyola University New Orleans College of Law where he served as a Senior Editor of
the Loyola Law Review, was a William L. Crowe Scholar, and received the Law Excellence Award in
Advanced Federal Income Tax and Taxation of Corporations. Andrew enhanced his tax and business
law knowledge by obtaining an LL.M. in Taxation from New York University.
Andrew joins Baldwin Haspel Burke & Mayer as a former law clerk of the firm. His practice is focused
primarily on business planning, estate planning and other transactional matters, with an emphasis on
federal and state taxation. His practice centers around helping clients achieve their business and estate
planning goals in a taxefficient manner
