About Andrew Sanderson

Partner Mr. Sanderson was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 1996 after graduating from Capital University where he was a Dean’s Scholarship recipient.Mr. Sanderson has for many years conducted all phases of the representation of criminal defendants in felony, misdemeanor, juvenile and appellate cases. Mr. Sanderson became a partner in Burkett & Sanderson, Inc. in 2006 after working for the firm since 1994. Mr. Sanderson is a Criminal Justice Act approved Federal Attorney and qualified to act as counsel in Capital Murder prosecutions in the State of Ohio. Mr. Sanderson is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, the Licking County Bar Association, the Fairfield County Bar Association, the Ohio Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and is admitted to practice as an attorney in the Southern District of Ohio.
