Andrew O’Neill is a partner in the Firm’s Financial Restructuring and Insolvency Practice and is based in the Chicago office.

Andrew’s practice focuses on complex corporate restructurings and reorganizations, both in-court and out-of-court, as well as other distressed situations. Andrew has extensive experience representing debtors, senior lenders, unsecured creditors, purchasers of assets, and other interested parties in these matters.
