About Andrew Mace
Andrew Mace is a special counsel in the intellectual property litigation practice group. His practice focuses on
intellectual property litigation, primarily patent litigation.
Prior to joining Cooley in 2012, Andrew was an associate at Kirkland & Ellis in New York. While at Columbia
Law School, he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar and a staff editor for the Columbia Science and
Technology Law Review. Prior to attending law school, Andrew cofounded and served as director of
technology for a startup to adapt educational content to the Apple iPod and iPhone.
