About Andrew Leet

Andrew’s finance practice includes advising clients on a variety of lending transactions, including commercial mortgage loans, restructurings, foreclosures and acquisition, and disposition of loan portfolios. In addition, Andrew routinely represents institutional trustees, custodians, lenders, and investors in public and private offerings, securitizations, and credit facilities. Andrew has extensive experience representing landlords and tenants in office, industrial and retail leasing transactions, and also counsels clients with respect to joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance of both for-profit and nonprofit entities.

In addition, Andrew has experience with interest rate swaps and other derivatives in connection with securitizations.
