About Andrew Geiger

Andrew has successfully represented hundreds of clients in personal injury cases involving automobile accidents, pharmaceutical litigation, product device litigation, medical malpractice, and premises liability. He was named as a Super Lawyer from 2017-2020, and serves on the Louisiana State Bar Association’s Rules of Professional Conduct Committee.

Andrew is actively involved in several pharmaceutical multi-district litigation (MDL) cases, including In re: Taxotere (Docetaxel) Products Liability Litigation MDL – 2740; In re: Proton Pump Inhibitors Products Liability Litigation (No. II) MDL No. 2789, In re: Johnson & Johnson Talcum Powder Products Marketing, Sales Practices And Products Liability Litigation, MDL No. 2738; In re: DePuy Orthopaedics ASR Hip Implant Litigation MDL 2197; In re: Yasmin and Yaz (Drospirenone) Marketing, Sales Practices and Products Liability Litigation MDL No. 2100.

Prior to joining Allan Berger & Associates, Andrew worked in public finance in New York City, monitoring the credit quality and diversity of healthcare portfolios for one of the leading insurers of U.S. municipal bonds. Andrew also worked as a litigation paralegal for Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz, LLP in Manhattan, where he assisted in all stages of large commercial litigation matters.
Andrew was born in Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey. He received his undergraduate degree from Georgetown University in 1999, and his J.D. from Tulane Law School in 2002. While attending Tulane Law School, Andrew served as Executive Editor of the Sports Lawyers Journal, and was certified by the World Arbitration & Mediation Report as an International Commercial Arbitrator.
Andrew is admitted to practice in New York and Louisiana.
