About Andrew Felts

Drew focuses his practice on commercial real estate and renewable energy transactions. He has extensive experience representing buyers, sellers, developers, investors, landlords, tenants and lenders in all facets of complex commercial real estate deals throughout the Southeast and other parts of the country.

Drew also works closely with renewable energy developers to negotiate and draft site control agreements, handle due diligence review and negotiate tax equity and loan documents in utility-scale solar energy projects across the country. Drew frequently speaks at conferences on the topics of renewable energy landowner, debt and tax equity party relations, and implementing strategic solutions to accomplish complex closings.

Drew is licensed in North Carolina, South Carolina and West Virginia. He regularly serves as local counsel on both commercial real estate and renewable energy transactions.
