About Andrew Eversberg

Andrew Wallace Eversberg is a native of Baton Rouge, and has been practicing law for over two decades.  Drew’s practice focuses on the litigation of all types of property and casualty litigation including commercial and personal lines insurance claims for many national insurers.  Over the years, Drew has handled thousands of lawsuits representing local, regional, and national corporations and individuals in cases involving automobile liability, premises liability, products liability, homeowners’ liability, environmental liability, and trucking liability as well as handling cases involving insurance bad faith, workers’ compensation, life insurance, professional liability, toxic torts, and construction law and disputes.

Drew is admitted to practice law in both Louisiana and Mississippi, and has tried over one hundred cases to verdict in his active trial practice in state and federal court.  Drew is rated AV Preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell^® and his goal is to represent his clients with vigor, but to do so as efficiently, ethically and professionally as possible.
