About Andrew Cheng

​Andrew W. Cheng is a partner in the Los Angeles office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, where he is a member of the Global Finance Practice Group.  Since joining the firm in 2004, Mr. Cheng has focused primarily on representing borrowers, private equity sponsors and lenders in acquisition financings and other leveraged finance transactions, including syndicated senior secured credit agreements and Rule 144A high-yield offerings. Recognized for his ability to handle debt financing and associated securities offerings, Mr. Cheng was recently named as a leading Banking & Finance lawyer by Chambers USA in 2020.
