About Andrew Breavington
Andrew Breavington defends clients throughout Arizona in criminal, regulatory, and administrative matters. Andrew has litigated all manner of criminal cases, from white collar and fraud cases, to drug charges, assault and domestic violence charges and sexual misconduct. Andrew also defends clients for the firm’s DUI and Vehicular Crimes practice. He has represented all types of licensed drivers in trial courts, including those with specialized licensing (e.g. Hazmat, CDL), in various vehicular matters including DUI, aggravated DUI, aggressive/reckless driving, accidents resulting in serious physical injury or death, and criminal speeding.
He also appears regularly before the Arizona Department of Transportation defending clients in administrative actions against their driving privileges. Andrew also has experience defending clients before the Department of Child Safety for adoption and foster licensing issues. Andrew’s administrative law practice involves representing individuals and businesses in front of state agencies for licensing and other regulatory issues.
His civil litigation experience includes corporate governance issues, securities and investment fraud litigation, commercial litigation and business and personal injury torts. Andrew has litigated disputes before trial courts and arbitration panels for national and local business clients of all sizes in a range of industries, including securities, investment advisory services, transportation, utilities, and banking. He also has defended Arizona state agency officials accused of federal constitutional violations.
