With over 35 years devoted to trying lawsuits and defending his clients in a wide variety of litigation, Andy has earned a stellar reputation among his peers and with his clients for his candid approach and seasoned understanding of the law. His practice is focused on representing Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 companies, insurers, individuals, lenders, and creditors in a wide variety of insurance, product liability, construction and business litigation, as well as bankruptcy proceedings. Over the years, he also has successfully defended numerous class action claims, including those relating to environmental issues, mold exposure, asbestos exposure, ephedra, funeral insurance and other matters.

The National Law Journal recognized Andy’s talent by awarding him the “Defense Verdict of the Year” for his involvement in the successful defense of Thomas & Betts Corporation in the Kaiser Aluminum explosion case, one of the largest personal injury and property damage explosion cases ever tried in Louisiana. More recently, Andy has been recognized by Super Lawyers Magazine as one of the top attorneys in the State of Louisiana every year since 2007, and New Orleans Magazine has recognized Andy as one of the top product liability and construction lawyers in New Orleans.
