About Andrew Babnik Jr.

Andrew is licensed to practice in Michigan Florida, New York, and New Jersey, and admitted to Federal Practice in the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Florida. He is a member of the Miami-Dade County, Washtenaw County, Wayne County, and Oakland County Bar associations.

Born and raised in New York, Andrew began his legal career in Miami, Florida where he was a member of the Law Firm of Otero and Associates. P.A, spearheading the firms Family Law and Condominium Law Departments. Andrew relocated to Michigan in 2016 where he was a member of the Law Firm of Kelly & Kelly P.C., before he founded Babnik Law, PLLC, opening offices in Michigan and Florida. Andrew has worked with a wide range of disciplines in cases involving estate planning, high conflict divorce, custody disputes, probate litigation, business and commercial litigation, corporate formation for real estate and estate planning purposes, contract litigation, general civil litigation, tort law, and transactional real estate. Andrew graduated magna cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law.
