Mr. Altholz established his law office as a general practice in Santa Monica, California, in June 1991.
He represents his clients needs in trials and appeals, in Federal Courts, Bankruptcy Courts, Tax Courts, all California State Courts, Administrative Boards & Govermental Agencies, and he appears before Alternative Dispute Resolution forums for mediation and arbitration.
Mr. Altholz is a graduate of Southwestern University School of Law (J.D. 1990), Clark University (B.A. 1984) , and the Hill School ( H.S. 1980).
Before starting his practice, Mr. Altholz clerked at the California Court of Appeal, the California Department of Corporations (Securities Enforcement Division) and Coleman & Marcus.
Mr. Altholz has represented hundreds of clients including individuals, families, and business entities.
Mr. Altholz has volunteered his time to pro bono causes since 1990.
