About Amy Saechao

Coming from a family of entrepreneurs, Amy’s passion for helping small business owners is deeply rooted. Driven by the desire to help protect and grow the livelihoods of business owners, Amy focused her law school education, graduating at the top of her class while receiving specialization certificates in Business Law and Intellectual Property Law along with her J.D. Amy was also the recipient of the CALI and Witkin Awards for areas including Intellectual Property, Real Property, Appellate Advocacy, Constitutional Law, Brief Writing & Motion Advocacy, and Business Associations. Amy previously served as the Co-Chair for the Moot Court Board and led her team to a victory in the International Trademark Association’s coveted Saul Lefkowitz Competition.

Prior to attending law school, Amy lived in Atlanta, GA, where she earned a Bachelor’s Degree, cum laude, in Business Management. Amy also received an LLM (Masters of Law) from Chapman University, in the area of Entertainment & Media Law. Since then, Amy has worked for firms in the Los Angeles area, with a focus on civil litigation, IP & business transactions.

In order to pursue her passion for helping business owners and creatives, Amy established Next Level Legal in order to provide everyone with access to affordable legal counsel for their entrepreneurial needs.
