About Albie Fox

A trial lawyer to the core, Attorney Fox has argued numerous serious felony and misdemeanor trials before Rutland and Bennington County juries, including five cases with a maximum sentence of life in prison.

Attorney Fox focuses his work primarily on felony criminal defense matters throughout the State of Vermont but also litigates divorce, juvenile and traffic ticket cases.

Attorney Fox graduated from Northeastern Law School and, in 2016, was the recipient of the Matthew Harnett memorial scholarship, which allowed Attorney Fox to travel to Macon Georgia to participate in the rigorous 2 week Trial Practice Institute hosted by the National Criminal Defense College.
