About Abid Aziz

Mr. Aziz is a licensed attorney, CPA, and realtor. From a family of tenants’ rights attorneys, Mr. Aziz has focused his law practice in Landlord Tenant litigation since 2014.

Mr. Aziz has successfully litigated multi-tenant claims for uninhabitability, wrongful eviction, retaliation, familial size discrimination, and other violations of city and county tenant protection ordinances. Mr. Aziz has also successfully litigated scores of unlawful detainer proceedings.

Prior to entering the world of landlord tenant litigation, Mr. Aziz was an accountant at one of the major four accounting firms.

Mr. Aziz has a passion for giving back to the community and leads Housing workshops at Santa Clara Law’s Katherine Alexander Law Foundation. Mr. Aziz also is a regular volunteer at the Law Foundation of Silicon Valley, providing Pro Bono defense services for indigent and disadvantaged individuals.
