Aaron is a partner in the emerging companies and venture capital practice in London. Aaron specialises in representing both companies and investors who are forming, scaling and investing in high-growth often disruptive companies through a company’s life cycle – from the initial structuring through to exit and beyond, and all the various types and stages of financings and general corporate advisory in between.
