Andrew (Drew) Williamson is a partner in the capital markets practice group, member of Cooley’s business department leadership team and serves on the firm’s board of directors. Drew’s practice centers on public and private securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate representation of public and private companies. He has represented public and private companies, investment banks, private equity and venture capital firms in the software, internet, life sciences, semiconductor, cleantech, telecommunications, manufacturing, retail and distribution industries.
