About Kelly Lynn

Kelly Lynn has been working in Family Law and Child Custody issues since he opened his practice in 2014. He is dedicated to finding the best solution to promote the health safety, and welfare of minor children affected by legal action.
In the military, as a Commissioned Officer Kelly was often tasked as an Investigating Officer. These taskings included investigations into breaches of life saving protocol and even sexual assault.
Kelly is a 2013 graduate of OCU School of Law and a 2009 graduate of John Brown University with a B.A. in Organizational Management.
He is certified in Advanced Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault and in Primary Prevention Strategies for Intimate Partner and Sexual Violence.
