About Edward Singer

Edward Singer received his Juris Doctorate Degree in 1990 from Loyola Law School, and graduated Order of the Coif and Cum Laude. He received American Jurisprudence Awards in Torts, Constitutional Law and Criminal Procedure. He was the Managing Editor of the International and Comparative Law Journal. He graduated UCLA in 1987, with a B.A. in Cognitive Science and received the Chancellor’s Marshal Award. He is a member of the State Bar Section in Workers’ Compensation. He has practiced in Workers’ Compensation for over 25 years and had countless reported decisions. Recently, one of the cases he litigated was consider a Top Noteworthy Panel Decision for January through June of 2020. He has been a frequent lecturer to both law and labor organizations. He is the Editor and Author on the blog on this website. It is well respected and used by all members of the workers’ compensation community including Injured Workers, Applicant Attorneys, Defense Attorneys, and Medical Evaluators.
