About Robert Ackerman

Robert S. Ackerman is Of Counsel to the firm. His practice consists primarily of commercial and business litigation. He has tried numerous cases in Federal and State Court, many before a jury, and has also represented the firm’s clients in many arbitrations and meditations. 
With over 40 years of experience, Mr. Ackerman has represented clients in virtually all manner of business cases including breach of contract, fraud, unfair competition, interference with contractual and business relations, defamation, employment termination and other employer-employee disputes, termination of distributors, franchisees and manufacturers and sales representatives, corporate and partnership dissolutions, real estate sales disputes, commercial, industrial and residential landlord-tenant disputes, and easements, rights of way, and other title disputes.
