About Drew Cunningham

Drew earned his B.S.B.A in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Arkansas and his J.D. from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. With a passion for business, finance and real estate, Drew primarily focuses on handling transactional matters for the firm’s clients. He routinely reviews, advises and drafts a wide variety of contracts in the areas of real property leasing and sale, operating and partnership agreements and agreements among business owners and investors. Drew has experience in the area of private securities offerings and can assist clients as they determine which method of capital fundraising best fits their needs. Drew specializes in providing legal and business counsel to new and mature dental and medical practices. Drew enjoys fishing, running, cooking and practicing Spanish with his wife, Kelsey.
