About Mark Gruesner
Born and raised in Minneapolis, Mark Gruesner decided at an early age that he would become an attorney dedicating his career to those in need of legal services and representation.
After receiving his Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech Communications from the University of Minnesota in 1973, he enrolled at Hamline University School of Law in St. Paul. While attending law school, he clerked for the Honorable Allen Oleisky of the Hennepin County District Court. He obtained his Juris Doctor degree from Hamline in 1977. Once completing law school, Mark served as a Special Term Law Clerk assigned to the Hennepin County District Court. He researched complex issues for the entire bench.
Mark has also served as an Adjunct Professor at Hamline University School of Law teaching basic and advanced litigation skill classes since 1982.
Over the past 30 years, Mark has successfully represented thousands of accident victims and many families in wrongful death actions involving both children and adults. He finds these cases particularly challenging from both an emotional and a professional perspective. However, Mark believes that the true reward lies in gaining justice for those who have been seriously injured, and their families.
