About Donald Marston
Donald Marston decided to attend law school after having the rare opportunity to work in the New Castle County Courthouse. After experiencing the legal system up close and personal as an employee of the Court, he knew he had to be a part of it. Of course, he had already been a fan of the Perry Mason TV show for many years, and his family always said he never met an argument that he didn’t want to have. His post-law school work brought him to the Industrial Accident Board when he was assigned by the Department of Justice to be their counsel. This was the best kind of on-the-job training possible. As a consequence, he has had the honor of representing hundreds of injured workers over the years and looks forward to many more years of helping his clients get the benefits they deserve.
Don is former counsel to the Industrial Accident Board for the State of Delaware. He has represented claimants and employers in worker’s compensation for 20 years; his worker’s compensation practice is now limited to representing injured workers. Don also represents people who have been injured as a result of auto accidents, slip & fall accidents, and other personal injury accidents.
