Nathaniel Walden
About Nathaniel Walden
I have spent my entire legal career helping the injured and disabled. Since 2010, I have represented people with their personal injury, workers compensation, and social security disability claims from inception through conclusion before both federal and state courts, as well as their administrative bodies. My endeavors to add a personal touch to each claim, knowing that each case and client are different and deserve the type of representation that works for them.
I was born and raised in Bloomington, Indiana, and repatriated to the Hoosier state in 2016 after six years in Connecticut. I graduated from Butler University magna cum laude and with Honors in 2007 with a degree in Marketing, minoring in Political Science. I was deeply involved in many aspects of student life at Butler with leadership roles at his fraternity (Sigma Chi), dabbling in intercollegiate athletics (soccer), and acting as the school newspapers Opinion Editor for a semester.
In 2010, I earned my Juris Doctorate from Indiana University Maurer School of Law, cum laude. While in law school, I served in leadership roles with the Sports and Entertainment Law Society and Phi Alpha Delta. I was a Managing Editor for the schools Indiana Journal of Global Legal Studies. During law school, I had clerkship experiences with the Monroe County Circuit Court (Judge Hill) and a local law firm.
I am admitted to practice law in the State of Indiana, State of Connecticut, and the District of Connecticut.
