Ralph Waddell’s legal practice is focused primarily on the areas of banking, real estate, mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions, entity formation and governance, commercial litigation, creditor’s rights, and healthcare law. He represents banks, hospitals, medical clinics, and other business clients in a wide variety of transactional and litigation matters. Mr. Waddell is active in the local community, having previously served as President of the Jonesboro Public School District Board of Education and as a former trustee of the Board of Trustees of the Jonesboro Craighead County Public Library.
