About Melinda O’dell

For more than twenty years, Melinda O’Dell’s Mooresville law practice has represented clients in the Indianapolis area in a wide variety of divorce cases and other family law matters.  Using her years of experience practicing family law, Melinda O’Dell has helped her clients achieve one important goal — divorce with dignity.  Whether it is in mediation or litigation, Melinda O’Dell has the skills to advocate for the protection of your rights and interests.

Melinda O’Dell has been practicing family law for more than 15 years and has had her own practice for more than ten years.  She is admitted to practice in Indiana, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Indiana, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Indiana and the U.S. Supreme Court.  Melinda graduated from Indiana University with a B.S. in Biology and received her J.D. from Indiana University School of Law–Indianapolis in 1994.
