Jeff Berkowitz practices in the areas of tax, estate and family planning, trust, probate, passthrough entities and general business, and real estate law. He has expertise in all aspects of taxation including individual, corporate, real estate, partnership, controversies and estate planning. He has extensive experience in a wide variety of transactions in many industries, with an emphasis in the entertainment and real estate industries. He specializes in structuring complex transactions and representing closely held businesses and wealthy individuals. Jeff speaks and writes on various local and Federal tax-related issues.  Earlier in his career, Jeff practiced as a Certified Public Accountant in Massachusetts.
