Crystal S. Carey’s practice focuses primarily on traditional labor law/management relations. She represents employers in collective bargaining, labor law counseling, and National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) investigations and litigation in unfair labor practice and representation proceedings. Crystal represents management in US state and federal injunction matters, strikes, contract administration and negotiations, organizational campaigns, and labor arbitrations. She counsels clients across a variety of industries, including automotive, healthcare, hotel and hospitality, retail, sports, technology, transportation, and manufacturing.
