With over 30 published opinions, Mr. Eastwood has litigated a wide variety of federal question cases in the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh, Fourth, Fifth and Federal Circuits, the United States Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces, and the United States Supreme Court. Author of FEDERAL APPELLATE PRACTICE IN THE ELEVENTH CIRCUIT (The Harrison Co., 1997) and Volume 3, GEORGIA LITIGATION FORMS & ANALYSIS (Lawyers Cooperative Publishing/West Group) (discovery sanctions, trials and appellate practice), chaired the Institute for Continuing Legal Education in Georgia’s biennial Federal Appellate Practice Seminar since 1987.
