About Victor Faenza

Victor J. Faenza has been a civil litigator for over 23 years and has represented both
plaintiffs and defendants in tort, commercial and construction litigation. His practice has
involved a wide range of matters, including, but not limited to, premises liability
(including violent crime), products liability, automobile, tractor trailer, aviation,
employment/EEOC, fraud, contracts/business, professional (medical and legal)
malpractice, construction defects, land use/runoff, property and casualty loss and
insurance coverage.

Mr. Faenza is AV® Preeminent™ Peer Review Rated¹ by
Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory, the highest rating available for a lawyer by his or her
peers. He was selected for inclusion in the 2013 Georgia Super Lawyers list. Only five
percent of lawyers in the state were selected.

He is currently a full time Mediator and
Arbitrator at BAY Mediation & Arbitration Services in Atlanta, Georgia, and he has
participated as a neutral in 1,400 mediations.
Mr. Faenza is a founding member of the Georgia Academy of Mediators and Arbitrators
and is a recognized member of the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals. He is
also a member of the State Bar of Georgia, the State Bar of Florida and the Atlanta Bar
Association. He is frequently invited to speak at continuing legal education seminars
presented to both attorneys and mediators, and he has written extensively on tort
litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution.

Mr. Faenza is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of the University of Central Florida. In
1991, he graduated with High Honors from the Florida State University College of Law.
While a law student at Florida State, Mr. Faenza was a member of the Law Review and
the Order of the Coif. He and his family have lived in Atlanta for 23 years.
