About Thomas Albin

Thomas has carried the largest disability caseload in New London County. His multilingual background in Spanish, Italian and French plays a key role in assisting many of his clients. His significant knowledge of disabling medical conditions has helped him to obtain millions of dollars for thousands of clients, including retroactive benefits.

Tom received his J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School in 1982. He also holds a Ph.D. in romance linguistics from the University of Michigan and a master’s degree in French from Middlebury College. He served as a staff attorney for Connecticut Legal Services in New London for four years representing elderly, disabled and impoverished individuals before joining Embry and Neusner in 1988.
